CCollections is not a regular online shop. Each one of the products that we feature are of high value, carefully crafted, and made to order. As a service-driven company, we take pride in providing personalized, high-quality service to each customer. As such, our shipping fees will vary from customer to customer, and will reflect the individual requirements of each order. Our goal is to provide you with an installation and delivery service that meets your specific needs and expectations.

Our delivery & installation fees take into account your location, the accessibility of your delivery site, as well as your desired delivery time, and your desired delivery service.  

 

Delivery Services: We offer two service solutions for your order:  

 

 

Option 1: Standard Delivery Service (Curbside)

We are committed to providing our customers with convenience and flexibility, which is why we offer our Curbside Delivery Service. With Curbside Delivery, we provide a safe and contactless option for our customers to receive their orders.

Please note that our driver will drop off your items outside your home and, WILL NOT bring your items into your home or building, nor remove the packaging. If you choose this option, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have arranged assistance upon delivery, especially for heavier items. All shipping box dimensions and weights are listed under each product page.

Warranty: All items are inspected before being delivered. Any shipping damages that occur are NOT the responsibility of CCOLLECTIONS. Should any damages happen during the delivery process, please contact us at ciao@ccollections.shop will all details, and we will inform you on next steps.

 

 

Option 2: White Glove Delivery Service

With White Glove Delivery, we go the extra mile to ensure a seamless and hassle-free delivery experience for our valued customers.

Our White Glove Delivery Service includes the following:

  •  Delivery to Your Room of Choice: Our professional delivery team will carefully bring your furniture items to the room of your choice, saving you the trouble of carrying heavy items or navigating through your home.
  •  Assembly and Setup: We know that assembling furniture can be a time-consuming task. That's why our team will take care of the assembly and setup, ensuring that each piece is put together correctly and securely, when applicable.
  • Inspection and Quality Check: Before leaving, our delivery team will thoroughly inspect your furniture to ensure that everything is in perfect condition and meets our high standards of quality.
  • Removal of Packaging Materials: Say goodbye to the hassle of dealing with cardboard boxes and packaging materials. Our team will remove all packaging materials and dispose of them responsibly, leaving your space clean and clutter-free.
  • Warranty: All items are under CCOLLECTIONS warranty when White Glove Service is selected. 

Our White Glove Delivery Service is designed to provide you with the utmost convenience and peace of mind. By choosing this service, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your new furniture without any worries.

Leadtime:

All manufacturing leadtimes vary. Each product leadtime is listed on the product page. Once we received your order at our warehouse, please allow 5 business days for processing and dispatch to your location.

 

 

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, a member of our team will contact you with more information, so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

 

 

Shipping Restrictions:

Some products may have restrictions on shipping to certain locations due logistical constraints. These restrictions will be communicated by our service team.

 

 

Customs and Duties: 

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply in their country.
