Because each product has been specified with curated finishes by our in-house team of experts, each item is final sale. No refunds or returns will be accepted unless the product is or arrives damaged.
We ensure that every product that arrives in our warehouse is in impeccable condition before it makes it’s way to you. In this case, no returns will be accepted unless an item arrives damaged from your selected shipping method.
In the event that you receive a damaged item as a result of our white glove delivery service, here are the steps to follow:
o Notification: Please notify our customer service team immediately (within 24 hours) upon the discovery of any damage to your item(s) resulting from our White Glove Delivery Service. You can reach us at ciao@ccollections.shop
o Documentation: We kindly request that you provide clear photographs documenting the damage to the item(s) as well as the packaging materials. This will assist us in assessing the situation and taking appropriate action.
o Evaluation: Our customer service team will carefully review the provided documentation and work with you to evaluate the damage and determine the best course of action.
o Resolution: If it is confirmed that the damage occurred as a result of our White Glove Delivery Service, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged item(s) at no additional cost to you. Alternatively, we may offer a repair solution, depending on the nature of the damage.
In the event that you receive a damaged item as a result of our standard delivery service, please note that CCollections will be making a claim with the shipping carrier and attempt to reconcile this issue, however depending on the nature of the return, all additional fees associated with these claims may be the responsibility of the purchasing customer.
Modifying your order:
Once your order is placed, our warehouse team processes it as quickly as possible when stock is readily available.
If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible by sending an email to ciao@ccollections.shop. If the item is not packed or in the shipping stage, we can modify or cancel your order. Please note that canceling or editing an order after it has been processed, packed, and shipped can result in a restocking fee and additional shipping charges.
